Further Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members

Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
